CILR25 – Behind the Scenes by the Numbers! CILR CILR25 – Behind the Scenes by the Numbers! CILR25 wasn’t just about cutting-edge science and surgical innovation – it was also a logistical marathon! Here’s a sneak peek into the fun (and tasty) side of the congress: 🥐 1,800 croissants enjoyed 🍞 200 kg of artisanal bread sliced 🍝 250 kg of freshly made pasta served 🍰 2,000 Sicilian cannoli enjoyed (yes, we counted!) ☕ 6,000 coffees brewed to keep minds sharp 🚰 4,000 liters of water and 500 liters of fruit juice consumed 🚗 2,500 km driven by our amazing drivers to shuttle surgeons and delegates around 👟 15 km walked each day inside the congress venue – our feet can confirm it!
